I already feel so much more relaxed knowing I’m going back to my old workplace // feeling familiar rhythms and having some routine is nice and good for me // I got emailed the curatorial brief for a show I’m in later in the year and I’m feeling very full and excited by it, as well as the small work I’ll have in wellington // I’m going to clean my room and then go out for dumplings with my dad

I had a really nice day at the beach yesterday but as soon as I was home I just sat in bed crying while Z tried to talk to me // I couldn’t say anything though I don’t know what to say and I don’t want him to worry
I feel like I’m going to have a really good summer, hopefully working at my old job, swimming everyday, making some art // this year has been really hard but good but I’m ready to relax into what I actually want a bit more // I want to not feel exhausted and like I’m letting people down
